Hi guys,
I'm using White Labs English Ale yeast WLP002 for the 1st time.
Ive used a vial in a yeast starter and it's not behaving like any yeast I have used before.
The vial was in date and has been stored in the fridge.
My flask is now full of a substance that is quite thick and reminds me of curdled milk
Does anyone know if this is normal for this yeast strain?
Thanks
