Which Yeast For Toucan Stout

Going to throw together a toucan stout.

Which of these two yeasts would be better....

A nice big starter bred from Wyeast Kolsch 2565.

Or, both the dry yeasts from the Cooperate Stout & Dark Ale tins, which I'll make a starter from.

I can't get to the LHBS for anything different atm.

I'm favouring the Wyeast imho.

Go the kolsch!
It should make for something a little different/interesting!

I'd use the kit yeast and use the Kolsch yeast for something much nicer. Maybe like a Kolsch for example. :icon_cheers:
