Has anyone any experience regarding which size party keg to purchase 6L, 9L or 12L?

I placed an order for 2 kegs (1 x 2.5G, 1 x 3G) a few days ago, only to find that the shipping quote of $50 that their shipping calculator quotes is incorrect. I'm currently waiting to hear back from them with the correct shipping rate.

I mentioned that there would no doubt be many interested AussieHomeBrewer members willing to buy if the shipping could be done at a good price, & asked them to quote on 2, 3 or 4 kegs sent together in case it works out well to ship more than 2 together.

Will report back with more info when it arrives...

I never received a response from this company. They charged my Visa card straight away, and then ignored all further emails. A Visa chargeback is currently underway through my bank to get the dollars back.
Stay away!!

they are lousy with emails. i waited 3 months for my last delivery.

You need to contact them on the instant chat in the web site, they don't seem to respond to emails...

I've got a couple of 9L and a 12L and am not really using them as much as I did as they are a little difficult to manage with a chest freezer kegorator when I don't end up bringing them to a party

Recently I've just been grabbing a 19L out of the kegorator putting one or two of these on http://www.craftbrewer.com.au/shop/details.asp?PID=1082

And carting that about with a soda stream regulator and a bronco tap arrangement - does the trick if you don't mind lugging a 19L keg about

Cheers
