I have a Keg system - bought at the country brewer. I have been thinking of getting a few more kegs... 2 kegs is "just" enough.

Where in Australia / (melbourne is better) do you buy them from and what are they worth.

18Lt with quick release

Regards
Ben

Not sure where would be best in Melbourne to be honest.
If you're ever next door (Sydney) I'd talk to Craig Deacon? of kegs on australia. His details are available if you search the yahoo craftbrewing list.

In Perth, best places are either UltimateAir (I think they're $60ea recon there, fully tested and with new seals) and westbrew ($60-65? full recon). A guy in the Quokka also sells them for $55 + $5 for a seal kit. I've purchased most my gear off him. Hes not in it for bit profit, just to earn a bit of extra cash so he can brew.

could you send me his details, and i will find out postage and maybe i can get them through him as countrybrew is about $90-$100 each

Ben,

If you find a place in Melbourne can you let me know also.

Thanks
mark

Just let Craig know that Ken from Canberra put you onto him..
I have attache dhis latest price list...

I've just bought a kegging system from Craig at Keg Systems (sorry Ken, I got them last weekend :D )

He was extra helpful with everything and is more than happy to answer all our ongoing questions etc. He provided a good set of instructions with the kit and some great practical advice about getting it all up and running.

I think I'll start a new thread to document my success/failure - stay tuned.

Craig is $70 + $11 freight to melb (re-kitted) so this is the cheapest so far

does anyone know of "Australian Homebrewing" in the east? maybe victoria

any details i'd like to find out there price and where they are.
