Brewed hard over Xmas and January and filled up the kegs (5 of).

Been going easy (i think) on the kegerator usage since start of feb.

Picked up 2 kegs today, maybe a pint left in each. Wtf....? Must be my no good mates, and Mrs's Dad putting a dent in mine.

Where does all your beer go? Do you lose track of it?

Cheers,
D80

Same thing here, I remember brewing my ass off to fill up my four kegs for an Australia day BBQ and no sooner were they all full then....BAM!!!!
............empty............ah the joy of being the only brewer in my circle of friends/family. :beerbang:

I know where mine goes. As I am still bottling the majority of my brews I am all-too-painfully aware of where it goes and what is required to clean and replenish the stocks.

Hopefully not for much longer...the call of the keg has been amplified by the trickle of income I'm generating at the moment.

Since I started kegging I'm sure I've just about doubled my beer consumption. Not trying to bash bottles, but it's so much more convenient to pour from a keg and I always think to myself "Wow, there's so much beer in that keg, must be heaps left!". Nope.

The kegs won't help Lecterfan, the more you brew, the more you drink (you + friends that is to say), and god help you once they can walk up to your bar and pour an 'infinite' amount of schooners from the magical taps on your bottomless keggerator.......

Yes, my 9L kegs are generally gone within 48 - 72 hours of getting into them due to this very fact...so convenient, no visible 'damage' other than a glass that goes from miraculously full to horrendously empty.

Edited as part of it was kind of funny but mostly tasteless and disrespectful to those suffering serious health problems.

I'm also unaware of where all mine goes, seems I keg and carbonate a couple of brews and wake up the next day with a mild headache and much less beer. Perhaps we should start a specialised neighborhood watch?

Yeah, asking the blokes from AHB to keep an eye on your taps. What a sound idea!

Most of mine ends up in the toilet. Occasionally I spill a bit. Keging is bad

Mates and I set a personal record on Australia day, kegged, gelatined, forcecarbed, gone within 2 hrs!

I put at least 5 hours of my time into that keg!

Yeah, I feel like I'm a commercial brewer at times. I'm the only brewer in my circle but they're all drinkers. On Dec 16/12 I had 10 full kegs, just after Christams day I had none.

Yep, you do get an ego boost for good brewing but I'm afraid mines too thin too have any affect now and I'm getting miserly

I am sure my kegs are not 18L like they are supposed to be. :chug:
