Where can I get a couple of cardboard beer coaster printed cheaply?

Hi guys

Met my partner in Europe at a bar which no longer exists. I thought it would be fun to set some beer mats in epoxy resin and use as coasters (I haven't done this before but assume it would work). I have located an image that should be printable but cant find anyone that can print the correct thickness unless I order min 250-1000 of them.
Ideas?

Well you could always just buy the plain coasters then print the image on transfer paper.
Plain coasters are only a few bucks for 200 or so.

If you've got a printer that prints CD's you should be able to rig a template up and print directly on the coaster too.

These guys have a min order of 100 but no idea what their prices are like.
