On to some now , you use only 4gm to 100lt , only just found this out , ODed my brew I did yesterday then.

Did you buy some of the scales for weighing gemstones? Weighing out the right amount of things like koppafloc and measuring the gold is why we bought a set here.

A little whirlfloc goes a long way too. 1/2 a tablet for a 23 litre brew is about right.

I have scales yes

And I have always used whirlfloc but Kopper floc power I was given by TDA , I did not know how much to use until it was too late , hope it will not affect my brew
