What's Your Favorite "aussie Style" Beer To Brew?

Hey guys,

I'm looking for some inspiration to brew a classic "Aussie Style" beer using the kit and kilo method.
Any thoughts and or recipes would be greatly appreciated.

i know its an extract but its an Easy one...... (Im On the verge of Moving from KK to Extracts)

Would be a nice drop i reckon....

My 2c

Coopers Lager made to 21 litres with 1kg LDM, 250gm dextrose.

Day 5 of ferment boil 12gm cluster hops with 2 litres water for 10 minutes, strain into fermenter.

Allow to finish and bottle as normal.

As close to an Aussie pub beer as your gonna get....with a kit.
