I just took a bit of a look around the house at how much I've got bubbling away at the moment....

~70l in three different beers in primary.
~25l of mead in secondary
~20l of Berliner Weiss in secondary
~100l of lambic in a barrel (OK, that's a shared project!)

That's over 200l. That seemed pretty extreme to me, but I knew the good folks of AHB would put things into perspective for me as they did in the fridge counting thread....

I had 200lts Fermenting 2 weeks ago
100lt Smurtos Golden Ale
100lt cream Ale
Now all my kegs are full

Commercially 200hl.
At home somewhere around the 300 mark

I had two temperature controlled 60L fermenters fermenting 120L two weeks ago, plus 22L of various fruit wines.

Had all my kegs full for 3 days ;)

I think I'd get a bit tired of a single beer after 100l...you don't?

You're good for all sorts of comparisons. I bet I can use your name when the missus says my farmboise is too sour, as well. :p

What about before you brewed, did you not always buy the same type of beer? slab after slab?

On topic: 150L is house capacity, can only run that in winter.

Fasty and I regularly fermented 872 litres at a time :)

I'm small time capacity compared to you blokes. 69 litres is my tops.

I think the most I have ever had fermenting at home is between 100-150L

best ive had is 2x 60 litre brew going at once a while ago now..mind you im trying to get in front again so i may have to drag out the double fv's again in the not too distant future, cheers Ned

Should have mentioned that I was imagining that said in Bill & Ted's voices.

have 20L of pale ale going along with 60L of wash for that err... other beverage. So 80L total at the moment.
