there are lots of these adds on ebay at the moment, they all have the same narrative (description) and slightly vary on details such as 3x kegs or 2x kegs, gun/tap etc, all come with a gas bottle and the name of the seller is always different... just wondering if anyone has experience, is this legitimate?

I'd be VERY wary of buying a deal with a used CO2 cylinder. If you are interested I would be enquiring about the last test date of the cylinder etc.

Yeh, there's plenty of places that would refuse to refill an untested CO2 cylinder.

with the addition of:

unless you are "local pick up only" I reckon there'd be plenty of companies that would refuse to freight a 3/4 full cylinder.
