I expect this subject has been done to death and Ive read as much as I can on this site and others but there seems to be very little recently. So as a very new home brewer Im wondering what is a tried, tested and loved recipe for a Morgans Ginger beer Kit?
Im not looking for the high alcohol kick, but more of a great tatsing ginger beer. Im reading all sorts and it all sounds great, honey, chilli, lime, cinnamon and of course extra ginger.
I'll be bottling it so hoping theres a recipe that keeps the ginger kick as it matures.
Anyway Im keen to hear and learn from guys.
