Just putting together my final line up for Xmas beers. Heading down to a holiday rental in Terrigal with extended family. First year with portable keg setup so it's three 9.5L kegs coming with me. Lineup is:

1. Golden Ale with rye and NZ hops
2. German Pils
3. Zombie Dust Citra IPA

Should have all bases covered!

Sounds great.

I have (all in bottles, no kegging for me yet):

1. Saison, (the last of my extract brews).
2. Golden Ale (first all grain).
2. Saison with Sorachi Ace.
3. Try Again Hefeweizen.
4. Coopers Cerveza dry hopped with left over Sorachi Ace. (For friends at New Year).

Was hoping to get an ESB in before christmas for Dad and I, but didn't get time.

I got a few 330ml stubbies for me to take camping over Nth Straddie APA Centennial, Citra and Amarillo. Dry hopped with citra and centennial, ran out of amarillo. but still a damn fine APA.

Few kegs to be filled yet but it's going to be:

Weizen
Blonde ale
Little red ale
And going to try and squeeze in an apa or IPA for New Years

Between now and filling those kegs I've got the Vic Xmas swap to enjoy.

Bananagum wheat :(
2l Grolsh bottle of English Barley Wine while the family's all at the table.
Only got other beers kegged and travelling the whole time.
Will have to buy a craft beer like XXXX Bitter or Boag's Draught to keep me at bay.

Any spare beds at your house Martin?

Hefeweizen
Hopped up American Wheat (still fermenting... Fingers crossed)
Dortmunder with some citra in the keg.

Spiced Apple blackcurrant cider

I'll possibly brew in the next few days for something else over new years.

I had my annual christmas dinner party last night and had a Dark English Mild and American Pale Ale (Amarillo, Centennial and a bit of citra) on tap, although it seems as both a feeling a lot lighter then they were before...

Although if either of them 'somehow' empty themselves before Christmas I have IPA and DSGA (I had to try it sometime) in the fermentor atm and ready to cold crash. Pretty keen to brew up another Porter as I like having a dark beer around.

Also have a few Old Ales (Only 8 months old) to share around for a after-dinner drink; bit strong for session unfortunately.
