What's going on in my bottles?

Something weird going on in my bottles. Hope its not an infection. Lemon Pepper Saison, bottled last week. 14 day fermentation at 24 degrees using belle saison yeast. Full extract, no kits. First time using this yeast. Any advice?

Hi , look at it in a glass , if it smells 'earthy' , is astringently bitter and shows helical rod like continuous strands (like a DNA model) in otherwise clear beer , it could be 'rope' , though I hope it isn't .

Thanks. I've had a read of ropey beer. I have just washed all my brewing equipmwmt and let it all soak in sodium percarbonate. now its gonna be a star San soak for a few hours. Hopefully I can get rid of it if it is pediococcus. Read that it will clear up, but don't want any bottle bombs. Think I should chuck it?

I think you should taste it, it is possible that it is infected (most home brew is to some extent or another), most infections are harmless or only go so far before lack of oxygen, low pH, shortage of food,CO2 poisoning, pressure... kills it or supresses it.
Especially with anything Belgian, don't be too quick to decide.
Just take care that if it is infected the bottles aren't heading toward bomb status, chill one and see if it gushes, look at the caps, if they are doming up you might be in trouble.

Soak in sodium perc. Rinse, dry, sanitise with starsan.... Its on.pretty much every bottle, so it a brewing issue not a bottling issue. The only thing I did differently with this one is only boil 1/2 the ldme. Normally I put it all in at different stages to ensure it's all dissolved, but with this batch I forgot to add the last 250g, so I added that into the fermenter just before pitching the yeast. My wife makes cheese so I am thinking that there may also be a cross contamination issue.
