Keg fridge set at 8c - 2 beers though (currently a wheat & a lager).run through a S/S coil in the glycol machine for when I fancy a coldie :chug:

i run my fridge at 4 to 6 deg for lagers and about the same for ales but i let them sit for a bit to warm up before drinking.

otherwise the yeasts in the fridge would get hot.

cheers

My fridge is set at 8c for the current ale and stout. Fridge is outside in the Adelaide winter and was running $%^nng close to freezing until I put one of brizzybrew's controllers on it - now most mornings its warmer in the fridge than out! Now the beer has actual flavour again!
