Hey All,

I'm undecided about what I should brew next  I would like to make a good Autumn beer. I'm only brewing Kits at the moment, and would like some feed back on what beer should I make next :p

All suggestions welcome!

Go a Australian Old (Morgans or ESB) with a 1.5kg of Black Rock Dark Malt Extract and hop with CL-80 or MB-89.
Pure Gold. Just what the Doctor ordered for winter.
I am just getting into mine now. Although i should let it mature for a few weeks, if its bottled its fair game.

A decent bock wouldn't be ready to drink in Autumn, so brew one last Spring :D

A Belgian wit would be good.

If you're thinking of a Pilsener, you obviously have temperature control, but again by the time it's done lagering it'll be winter and the last thing you want would be a lager.

I'd vote for a porter. That's what I'm putting on next.
