I put a brew into a keg today and started to wonder what level I should fill it to?

What is the correct level for this?

Hi Brenton

I usually aim for about 1cm below the bottom of the gas tube inside the keg. This stops embarrasing blow backs into your gas line and regulator.

Cheers

I've made the mistake of NOT keeping the liquid at least a cm or 2 below the gas input tube.

With two kegs of line it's amazing how much beer I could get into the gas lines :(
