What can I brew?

I have a mixed bag from a stuff up that contains

1.45 kg JW Trad
100 Gram chocolate
90 gram crystal 90

I have plenty of MO, Black Malt, Munich, Vienna, Wheat, Caramunich 1

For hops I have cascade, Amarillo, fuggles, ekg, willamette, POR,

Yeast us05

Can anyone suggest a recipe to top this up to 5 kg and a hop schedule?

Hey mate,

You could make an American Brown along the lines of Brewing Classic Styles Dirty Water Brown:

Your mixed bag plus:

250g Caramunich I
50g Black
3.06 kg Maris (to get to 5kgs total)

OG:1.050 (@ 70% efficiency)
Mash at 65-66c.

30-ish IBU (assuming you chill your wort):

25g Willamette at 60 (23 IBU)
15g (each) of Cascade and Amarillo at 5 (6.5 IBU)

US05 at 19C.

brewed this as per the above from shacked just cracked a bottle after 10 weeks in the bottle and very tasty indeed so thank you shacked
