Hi Jayse,
Tell us more mate, what happened??

Back to the topic,
Up till now my main choice has been english bitters / aussie / american pale ales.
I am getting away from that style this year and going for Vienna lagers / Alts / Octoberfest.
I have started yeast ranching (thanks chiller) and have got a big variety of yeasts in stock now so this gives me a lot more choices.

Cheers

By far Lagers but i have injoyed most beers.

There are no bad beers just some are better than others.

Porters by far. The missus loves em you see, so i make sure that she always has stock... plus it's easy to make a great porter.

belgian wits at the moment

bloody great beer style

bloody amazing yeast strain....throws huge krausen and is very temperature tolerant

Bigger English style ales and wheat beers (wit and weisse) though I have 2 pils in the fermenting fridge. Next few brews will be using 1728 Scottish ale yeast. Not enough experience to nominate a single style.

Everything and anything English, with the very occasional exception thrown in.

IPA's, so easy to brew. Love that hoppy bite
