What exactly is the practice of first wort hopping and how does it differ from mash hopping? When should I be adding FWH's and how much? Find out in my latest video.

First wort hops are added to the kettle before you run off your wort from the mash. It's an old practice, supposed to give more gentle bittering, but I don't think that's really proven.
Mash hopping, I wouldn't bother. It's adding hops to your grist as part of your mashing. I don't believe from what I've read that it's very effective.
