Following on from customer feedback over recent times, we've just started an extensive program of updates for the www.nationalhomebrew.com.au website. These include a shopping cart you can use as a shopping list for future orders. You can now build your order over a period of several weeks until you're ready to push the "Go" button.

The manual checking and calculations for freight will still stay - because it saves brewers well in excess of 50K per year. It's not the quickest way to do it, but given that we charge our wholesale contract rates for shipping, there's no margin for error.

Something we can't get around, despite the IT gurus spending a lot of time with is the number of emails that gmail, yahoo me Hotmail and other email providers are tagging as spam. Largely on mobile devices, the spam folder is not readily accessible, so don't forget (as per instructions in the cart system) to enable emails from [email protected] as well as [email protected]

We've tweaked a number of areas that will make life a little easier, that won't be immediately visible and added the ability to modify your order for when things get forgotten or need to be altered.

More tweaks will follow over the coming months.
