Mexican lager yeast is super clean. My recollections of both those beers are the super clean profile. Light malt bill, very light hopping and mexican lager yeast. Lots of time cold. You should have something as refreshing at the very least.
I once did a decocted German Pils with Mexican lager yeast (don't ask me why), bad choice as it was a very boring Pils due to being so clean, was almost like it rinsed out the decoction impact.
