Here's mine. Just running into the fermenter now. I loooove Motueka.

This is a bit of a International IPA. It's a Scottish Export Pale Ale recipe from 1868, using English malts, with German, Czech and New Zealand hops. Genuine Australian water. All dumped onto a active 1272 All-American Ale yeast starter.

I'm hoping it turns out ok!

Here's my IPA from the caseswap. It was meant to have a kilo of Dextrose added in the last 10 mins of the boil, but duh, I forgot, so gravity was way under expected.

I split the batch in two, fermented half with 1272, the other half with US-05. The 1272 batch was submitted in the case swap.
