Have u sorted out your collars.

of the 2 ventmatics i have one has the gasket in the tap body and the other gasket is on the spot you have shown.either side and it will seal.just not one on each side at the same time.

Brad at Ventmatic is a top bloke, sorted out everything for me very quickly, even got back to me on a Sunday with a response.

Overall, very happy with the service indeed.

I agree totally with the sentiments on Brad from Ventmatic.

Always supplies an answer by email when requested, polite and prompt. Could not recommend him high enough.
