So I've got Cascade/Citra/Centennial/Galaxy/Amarillo/Northern Brewer hops available to use and an APA FWK from Craftbrewer, plus a packet of this delicious-smelling black tea with raspberry and rose.

Can anyone think of a combination or ratio that let the raspberry shine through?
Can dry hopping with tea add bitterness? How much should I use?
 
Id also like to know how much would be good to use tea wise (be it flowers or bags) to perhaps get a brew along the lines of Yeastie Boys Gunnamatta... mmmm yum!
