Hello all,

http://www.ul.com/consumers/turkeys.html

I haven't downloaded the movie but the images look pretty crook.

But if you're feeling adventurous, this looks like deep-fryed turkey heaven.

Now if we could just combine deep-frying with pressure cooking...

...... just downloaded the film - it's pretty wild, but if you're interested in hearing one of these high pressure burners in action...

I think its made me think about the stability of whatever will be supporting 30 litres of boiling wort - I reckon I'll be having a good look at ensuring everything is
rock-solid.

... and when one turkey isn't enough - how about a dual burner turkey fryer?

Gutsy stuff those yanks having a flexible rubber hose from the gas bottle so close to one of those burners.
Oh! and one other thing, I'm glad that beer wort doesnt catch fire.
Cheers

Funny you say thay dicko,

I was browsing the turkey fry wesite, telling swmbo that she needed one of those big shiney suckers,

she mentioned that she had seen one on funny home video's, blowing sky high and sending the chook into orbit....
