Any chance the trub could provide nutrients for viable yeast?
Has anyone investigated this that you know of?

I would assume that given the yeast has been through a full cycle, only rubbish is in there, certainly more rubbish than stuff that is any good.

The BN has a podcast thingy about repitching yeast from slurry that is a damn good listen, and mostly reinforces what Wolfy has put in text in the other topic.
