Whirlpooling in the kettle comes up pretty regularly. I caught a trub cone in the wild mating on film:

top pic sos.do you whirlpool by hand or have an impeller/propeller on a drill bit?
i havent alot of room to stir by hand once the chiller gets dropped in the wort.

Spoon.

I used a CFC today. When I used the IC earlier I would whirlpool after cooling and removing the chiller.
