In case I win lotto & set up my 200lt brewing system ( just for fun ) can someone explain what Tri-Clover fittings I would need for the boil kettle. I assume it would be the same for the other vessels as well. Would you weld this socket end to the kettle & attach this to it then this together with these clamps
Can someone who has these fittings explain them.

basicly i used them but didnt like them too much stuffing around.

You can just weld a ferrule straight to the kettle, no need for a threaded one., then gasket, valve and clamp. I don't stock the three piece valves but have some 1/2" one piece ballvalves in triclamp.
