Put down a Tooheys Lager last weekend, with 1 kg dry light malt, Saflager yeast and Hallertau finishing hops.
Is currently bubbling away at around 16 degrees and will take about 2 weeks to finish fermenting.
Will leave it in the bottle for 3 months and then enjoy in October. In spite of what a number of people say this is a decent drink, esspecially if you are a Tooheys man.
