Basically what I want to know is why do you boil a can and what is the advantages in doing so?

The stange I am at now is 1 can, a brew enhancer (malt, dextrose, corn syrup) and hops. so should I boil this and in a certain order or just leave it as is, throw it all in the fermenter with water and hope for the best?

Comments Please.

Thanx
SD :)

i never boil cans - not worth it..

Point of lager has reply to a similar topic recently - was very good.

I asked this question not long ago and the general concensus was no. Something about caramelising the stuff and losing hop aramo or something.
