The next meeting will be held this Thursday, April 2nd, at Lynndon Bowls Club, 47 Galsworthy St, Holland Park West. Doors open at 7:30pm for an 8pm start.
The meeting is an education night, featuring a presentation and discussion on yeast from a more technical perspective. It will include some sensory analysis and demonstrations of lab techniques - I am looking forward to it!
