Three Ravens

Dropped into the sherlock homes in the city the other day to try some three ravens. Verry good.
Anyone have an approximate recipe for an extract brewer? I'm especially interested to know what kind of yeast would produce that residual sweetness and mouthfeel...

Three Ravens had a bar at the International Beer Awards last year. It was the second bar that I went to and ended up spending most of my time propping it up. I especially liked the Black Raven Stout. Anyhoo, the guy pulling the beer at the time was pretty open about the way they brew and what not.

I can't remember the yeast they used, but I reckon if you dropped them a line, they might point you in the right direction.
