I'm having a look around for some of those small kegs that West End used to release every so often for stuff like showdowns, etc

This is so I can make small party kegs I can take to a friends' place for a party- those ones looked pretty good to use (assuming you can refill them, which I also want to find out)

Yep, they can be re-used. Just make sure you don't scratch then removing the bung or it will rust

They were everywhere in germany! Guess that doesn't help. Ring around some big liquor stores

If you look around the DAB ones are pretty common. Dan Murphy's has them. Can also get Bitburger ones too IIRC. :beerbang:
