Ok. I frigging love this stuff. Anyone have any ideas how I could replicate it. Obviously when it comes to sours it is a challenge to clone, but hey, if anyone has any ideas or insights, pretty please with goaty barnyard pedio brett on top. Chuck it my way homie.
Cheers.

Anyone?? Howling Dog surely you have given this a crack?

I would aim at a base beer, then a spontaneously fermented/Brett inoculated cider, blend to taste, and try to age. I'll be doing something like this when my current spontaneous cider is finished fermenting..... I made extra for this exact reason ;)

hmmmm sounds good Nick. What ratio are you thinking. I would think about 50:50. God it is good stuff. I am about to do a 5L funky cider as I have never done one before... any tips? Apart from forgetting to chuck in the yeast ;)

Yeah, no yeast works... Lol.

Ummm, not sure of the ratio. Was probably only gonna have 5L if that left from my batch, so maybe 5:1.... Will need to do a tasting or three to be sure :)
