Found this on the internet thought it may be interesting maybe to newbies as it describes in detail how they make beer at Thornbridge Hall which is situated in a Stately Home near Bakewell in country Derbyshire.

If I remember correctly from Oz and James the head brewer is a Kiwi.

A mate from the UK brought a selection of their beers over earlier this year on a visit,they were all top class,the Jaipur was absolutely delicious.Very hard to get even in the UK,my mate had to get them on line ,and thankfully Aussie customs were generous the day he arrived and let him through with 5 litres instead of 2.25 :D :D
