hi guys i am after a thermostat for my brew fridge as the normal one in the fridge hasnt got a wide enough variation,anyone know where i can get one here in adelaide

Grain and Grape is not far away, they do mail orders and sell a 0 - 40C one.
 
I use a tobins TS-04S 0-40degC thermostat. I just unscrewed/unplugged the old one and replaced it with the new unit. Works great and cost about $43 delivered.

Try BOC gases. They had them in a leaflet the other day on the counter. They were about $40.

These are thermostats used to control coolrooms. They go from -5 to 25 degrees. You can also change the temp differential.

To adjust you need a philips head screwdriver.

Ive been running one of these for 1 year in my fridge. Just connect the 2 wired from the original thermostat and this one takes over
