Hi all

Just putting it out there before buying new has anyone got a therminator chiller the no longer require?

Where's the best place to purchase in Australia?

Thanks

Matt

not to change your mind, but im making the same sort of decisions at the moment in regards to plate chillers.

There seems to be a lot of other options, similar results, but a third of the cost.

As yet, i havent made the decision, but i dare say ill end up with a 30 plate chiller from one of the suppliers. $120 vs $280..

Hi there I have a 30 plate chiller and doesn't achieve near what I would like and uses a lot of water cooling 50 Ltrs of wort. In my brief research and was only brief the afternoon the therminator seemed to be much superior. Have a 30 plate mash master currently. No issue cooling single pass but when recirculated to reduce whole volume it takes a considerable amount of time.

Was looking on Cheeky peak (site sponsor) earlier today, in their "Blichmann bling" section you will find that which you seek.

Im spewing - I bought one of there own pots they construct and the blichman compares well in price. I would've bought that for sure. Oh well.
