Hi peoples
I had a profile here years ago, but have forgotten what the username and email was ... and its been many years since I've brewed ... so I thought I'd start again!
Brewed my first extract probably around 15 years ago and never stepped up to anything else. Fast forward those 15 years and I'm a little older, probably a little more stupid, but certainly a little keener to step things up this time!
Currently got a few simple extract brews fermenting away, ready to hit my kegs and the fridge in a few weeks. Looking to pick up some stainless gear and jump into some BIAB whilst I collect and fabricate my 3 vessel all-grain setup.
Anyway, I'll be enjoying my time here once again. Thanks to all the wonderful people who contribute to this amazing resource and knowledge bank!
