Nice one, again.
On the subject of a floater, are you familiar with the "Rotokeg". It is a round beer dispenser that relies on natural co2 production with a little help from a soda stream cartridge to get the beer out via a tube sitting through a float on top of the beer, so only sucking up the clear beer at the top. I had one and yes it did suck.
But the floater is a good idea.
