Hi all! My name is Julie and I am new to the forum. I wanna join this forum to learn some techniques of distilling beer here. I started producing wines as my part time job five years ago and up to now I have had the great passion for it. Now I want to try making beers. So happy to be here to make friends with you guys.

Good to see a fem taking an interest in brewing, in Australia its a very (perhaps too) male dominated hobby.
If you make wine you should have a good idea of the basics of fermentation. I don't know anything about the availability of brewing supplies in China, are you planning to brew from basics (malt, hops, water) extract or kits?
Anyway welcome aboard, like any craft - get the basics right and there is really no limit to what you can make.

Greetings, I would have thought getting ingredients would be difficult in your neck of the woods.
Bia Hoi is brewed locally so I would think not too difficult to source ingredients.
