G'day all! New member, firing up my first post and my first brew, which is Morgan's Amber Ale with 500g dextrose and 500g light LME bubbling away at 22 degrees give or take. Looking forward to lots of online gas-bagging!
Recently did that one with 1kg ldme @ 18° 4 days and 21° 6 days with a danstar ale yeast. Dry hopped in the keg with a little simcoe. Come up pretty nice for a k&k
