His name was Todd Mazur I believe, I would try searching Facebook or LinkedIn.
Far as I can tell they stopped producing yeast in 1016, other possibility is to ring around a couple of Tassie breweries, especially any that make sour beers - odds on they will have talked to anyone playing on the wild side.
