FYI

I have a sweet spot for my kits. 20 degrees. The yeast action keeps the temperature at 20. In fact it goes to 20.7 before control kicks in. I wonder if I set to 21 it would never turn on fridge. As soon as temperature starts dropping I know is has fermented out. If it was special yeast it maybe a different temperature. Cheers
