Just read about this yeast on a couple of forums.
" SUPERIOR LAGER YEAST Description
A dry lager yeast from Australia. This yeast produces a slightly drier flavor than Saflager S23 dry lager yeast.
Medium flocculation, beers made from this yeast require a while to settle out. Attenuation 75-78%. 7 gram pack."
Anyone know where to get this from in Australia?
