Hello,

I've got some starters of WL Super High Gravity Ale Yeast.

WLP099 i think is the code.

Anyone used this before?

Any certain ales you would recommend making with it?

I'm thinking a strong Ale as it can ferment up to 25% alc.

Perhaps a Barley Wine to be aged for many years!

I dont think i'll aim to get a 20%er

More of a nightcap style Ale.

Anyone got any good extract recipes or ideas?
