G'day All,

Have just made a summer style ale using 95% pale malt, 5% vienna malt, Citra @ 22 IBU's & Nelson Sauvin @ 8 IbU's.
Lord Raja Goomba I gave me some great help a few weeks back in relation to this recipe, I am now faced with what to dry hop with?, and how much? ( Standard 22L brew).
I was thinking East Kent Goldings but am not really sure as I am relatively new to the full mash scene, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks.

Dry hop with citra .. 20g if you want a good cirtrus hit ..

Can't see EKG going too well .. but hey anything is possible

Cascade plays well with others ....... I'd probably just hit it with some more citra as seemax said ....
Cheers
