hi everyone
i think my fermention is stuck and this is the first time Ive had this problem.
my brew is (all my brews are the same except for the yeast generation)

18lt coles apple juice (they contain 10.3 grams sugar p/100 mls gives me OG 1.045)
5 grams yeast nutrient
1 little jar of washed SN9 yeast (4th generation)

this is my third batch of juice using washed SN9 yeast (4th generation)
and it stopped bubbling 3 days ago but SG is 1.010 and dont seem to be budging.

1-weather has been cool and constitant nothing under 18c for a while
2-my other brews (so far )seem to be going good and strong
3-it actually taste good now but very murky/cant see thru it in a glass

whats your thoughts
should i start a starter and pitch it or rack and wait for it to clear???

thankyou in advance :icon_cheers:

joe

I had a brew stall recently as well, similar readings except mine was 1040 down to 1010.. I'm leaving it a few more days to clear but I'd say take another reading in a few days and see if it's moved.

How long exactly has it been fermenting?

Cider can take longer to clear than beer from what I've read, so I'd be patient and leave it for at least three weeks in primary, with some finings maybe?
