Gday everyone. Im thinking bout putting down this recipe in the next week or 2, when i get the chance and I was just after people thoughts on it. I am after a strong lager :party: as the guys really want a strong decent brew for the Phillip Island V8s in May. Get a home brew in ya :beerbang:

My recipe

2 Tins of Black Rock Lager
1kg #60 German Lager Enhancer
0.5 kg Dark Malt Extract
Saflager S23 Yeast 2 sachets Pitched at 20C
23 Litres
Fermentation at 13C for 3-4 weeks
Bottle Condition for 12 weeks

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated guys.
