To me, it looks like your biggest mistake was confusing the order and processes of your mash & boil. It looks like the guts are there, just in the wrong place. The timing of you grain additions in your first boil (mash), look like timings used for hop additions in your second boil (the actual boil). And you got a good mash temp (except that you've already boiled your grains and then mashed instead of mashing then boiling).
Don't be too afraid, you've probably buggered the first beer but you wont make that mistake again.
You probably should have done something like this -
60 minute single temperatureboil mash at 65 degrees.
we then drained the wort from the grain, sparged and brought wort to boil (100 degrees). Added hops and boiled for 60 min.
...or you could have added your hops at intervals (based on your grain addition timings) maybe, 12g target @ 60 (minutes to go), 12g williamette @ 30 (minutes to go), 12g williamette @ 15 (minutes to go).
There is a lot of great info on this forum, do some searching and researching to save yourself time and money.
Good luck,
Al
