hi guys

I'm just wondering if anyone has stored there wort after been chilled?

AS im wanting to make some beer but my fermenting fridge is full...

so im wanting to make beer today and maybe start fermenting next week when fermenting fridge comes free...

I have cubes will it be ok if i put chilled work into the cubes and leave for a couple days...

No you can do it with hot wort, just wondering about chilled wort?

thanx

Not a good idea to put chilled wort in. Why not just put it in hot and no chill save the hassle of losing a batch if you do it the other way and it gets infected

I'm sure it would work for a few days, but why not just put it into the cube hot?

ed. what he said.

if your doing ales, you could probably keep the appropriate temp in the house or maybe garage with a blanket or the like.

yeah thanx for the advice.. i will put in cubes hot... no bother thanx
